Methods/steps
The feeding characteristics of Siniperca chuatsi are alive, so we must use live small fish, shrimp or loach to fish. Small fish die easily, and I use shrimp more. There is a trick to hang shrimp. The hook should be hung on the front section of the shrimp tail, so that the shrimp will not die easily and its activity will not be greatly affected. Siniperca chuatsi eats very fiercely. Don't worry, it will eat only the shrimp tail gently.
It's best for mandarin fish not to stick to it. Lift the pole and drag the shrimp slowly along the edge of the stone raft. Remember to move slowly, imitate the live shrimp swimming in the natural environment and feel it fall to the bottom. The mandarin fish will have an obvious feeling of dragging down when eating. If the stone is hanging on the hook, drag it in the opposite direction, and generally it will not fall off.
I don't pay much attention to the pole selection, as long as the fishing sex is too soft. Generally, I can use the No.7 hook of line 1.5, and I don't need to drift when fishing mandarin fish. The size of the lead pendant depends on the priority of the current. The more the water flows, the bigger the lead pendant will be. The lead pendant should be enough away from the hook, generally about 20 cm. As long as you practice hard, I believe you will get good results!
