1 squid, 2 garlic cloves, 1 chili pepper, 5g minced garlic, 5g minced ginger, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tsp vinegar
Methods
1. Soak the squid in boiling salted water (the amount of salt should cover the squid) overnight.
2. Cut the squid into strips from recipe 1; slice the garlic cloves diagonally to separate the white from the green; and wash and slice the chili peppers diagonally and set aside.
3. Heat a wok, add 2 tbsp of salad oil, add minced garlic and ginger, then add the garlic, chili pepper and squid from Method 2 and sauté.
4. Add the garlic and all the seasonings from Method 2 and sauté well to taste.
