3. Stir until the lotus root starch is completely dissolved, and then pour in boiling water. Pay attention to the same thing and stir well while pouring. When the boiling water is slow, stir in one direction until the lotus root starch is formed. Don't pour too much boiling water, about 2/3 in a bowl.
