1. Heilongjiang Province!
Heilongjiang has many mountains, including the Lesser Khingan Mountains and the Greater Khingan Mountains. Mushrooms and fungus are famous, and blueberries are also good. The provincial capital is Harbin, which is divided into several districts, including Jiangnan and Jiangbei. The landmark buildings in Harbin are all European-style. Style, there are more Russians, you can see it everywhere on Central Street!
Heilongjiang has a lot of delicacies to eat, such as big ribs, red sausage, pot-stuffed pork, grilled pork, chicken stewed with mushrooms, sauerkraut stewed blood sausage, barbecue is also good, but the barbecue is not as good as in Shenyang Well, you must try Western food, it has a Russian feel!
Travel is the hottest thing in winter. There is a world of ice and snow, and there is a snow village. If you want to see the Northern Lights, you can go to Mohe, but it is a bit cold. Heilongjiang is much colder than Jilin and Liaoning. In summer, Sun Island and Songhua Red-crowned cranes in Jiang and Qiqihar escape the summer heat in Yichun!
Heilongjiang Wuchang rice, Zhaodong millet, rich in soybeans, potato starch is unique! 2. Liaoning Province!
Liaoning is also a good place. After all, it has an advantageous geographical location and has a sea, which Jilin and Heilongjiang don’t have. You can reach the seaside in more than an hour’s drive from Shenyang, and Dalian is even more important. Trading port!
Liaoning cuisine is not the same as Heilongjiang cuisine. Let’s talk about Guobao Pork. Liaoning’s is tomato sauce, Heilongjiang’s is sweet and sour sauce. I don’t know if barbecue is a specialty of Shenyang. Xita is Korean style. Everyone's barbecue is delicious, and they also have specialty grilled eel, which is cheap and delicious. There are very few restaurants like this in Harbin. The specialty old four seasons noodles are five yuan a bowl, with chicken rack, and a bottle of Laoxue is called life!
Most of my travels have gone to Dalian. Not many people come to Shenyang. If you come, go to some small free places. I think it’s good, such as Mozishan and Xiema Night Market, which are quite popular now. If you like the disco and fountains in Central Park, the Forbidden City, and Dongling Tombs, you can also visit them. The tourist attraction is the ancient city, or you can go to the surrounding areas, such as climbing mountains in Benxi, or watching the sea in Bayuquan!
The specialties are really not that good. There seems to be nothing, and there seems to be everything. Seafood, hazelnuts, fruits, and vegetables are all better than those in Heilongjiang and Jilin! Jilin Province!
Jilin is really a vast land and rich in resources. Ginseng and corn are its specialties, as well as my favorite pickles. You can’t eat these pickles in any city. Pickled perilla leaves are served with white rice. The taste is great, and the price is cheaper than Liaoning and Heilongjiang. The large barbecue in Meihekou is very affordable, the most delicious braised food, and Aman’s cooked food!
The rural areas of Jilin are definitely unique. Each family has a big pot. The pot feels a bit like a Korean pot. The steamed rice is very fragrant and does not take off the heat. You sit on the kang to eat, and there is no fire wall or fire pit. For heating, we use big kangs to keep warm in winter, and there is also floor heating. We put a lot of corn stalks under the ground and burn them, and the whole house will be warm! Summary:
Although these three places are collectively called Northeast, they still have their own characteristics. I am the kind of owner who has occupied all three northeastern provinces. My family is in Heilongjiang, I married in Jilin, and I settled in Liaoning. I like this place. In my eyes, they seem to be one. My family is spread across the three provinces of Northeast China, so I can’t quite tell what the characteristics are. I like the beauty of Heilongjiang, the food of Jilin, and the climate of Liaoning!
