Actually, I made this soup myself, and it's delicious. The method is: cut a white radish into thumb-sized cubes, cut bacon into two slices, and stew the two together for half an hour. When the soup turns milky, you can put seasoning and chopped green onion in the pot, so that the stewed soup has the smell of bacon, and it's not greasy and very delicious.

Friday: Yellow Flower Egg Soup

A small handful of dried day lily is boiled in hot water, and 2 eggs are scattered. First, put the day lily in the soup pot and cook for about 10 minutes. When the water boils, add the put eggs. When the eggs are cooked, add seasoning to the pot.

Saturday: Sour cabbage and sliced meat soup

Shred half a sour cabbage. Pork belly 3 Liang.

Pork belly is cooked with boiled water first. When chopsticks can be inserted through the pigskin, take out cold water to soak and then slice. Add sour cabbage and sliced pork in the soup pot and cook for 7-8 minutes. You can add salt and chicken powder to the pot. Because it is pork belly, you don't need to put oil. This soup is slightly sour, appetizing, and pork belly is not greasy, which is somewhat similar to the taste of pork stewed noodles in Northeast cuisine.

Sunday: chicken and mushroom soup

2-3 pieces of fresh mushrooms, 3-4 pieces of killed chicken (half is ok) cut into small pieces! First, cook the mushrooms, then add the chicken pieces, and cook for 3-5 minutes when the water is boiling. Remember not to overcook the chicken.
