Zero Cooks Stir-Fry Fresh Clams
Make the most flavorful dish with the most common seafood and the simplest ingredients.
Ingredients ?
500g of clams
1/2 green onion
1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1g of pepper
cooking oil
How to make Zero Kitchen Stir-Fry Fresh Clams ?
Soak the clams in seawater made with 1 liter of water + 35 grams of salt for 30 minutes to allow them to fully spit out the sand.

Put oil in a wok, saute shallots, add clams, drizzle oyster sauce and pepper.

Cover the pot and simmer on medium heat for 2 minutes, then open the lid and stir-fry for a bit, cover and simmer for another 2 minutes or so (just look at the clams open their mouths fully).

Turn off the heat, fresh clams out of the pot, open eat it?
Tips
1. ? Be sure to soak the clams in blended seawater (1000ML of water + 35G of salt) for more than 15 minutes to allow them to fully spit out the sand.
2. ? Use only green onion and not ginger.
3. ? Do not toss back and forth during cooking to prevent the clam meat from falling out of the shell.
