Packaging method:
1. Put the zongzi leaves flat on the table, fold them aside and compact them by hand.
2. The two ends of the blade are folded in half towards the middle respectively, and after being compacted by hand, the blade is in the shape of a long envelope.
3. Put the glutinous rice into the folded leaves.
4. Fold the other side down and completely wrap the glutinous rice.
5. Tie the zongzi tightly with a rope.
Southern four-corner palm (four corners)
Packaging method:
1. Take a large leaf of Zongzi and fold it in half.
2. Fold the bottom of the double layer upwards and compact it by hand.
3. Open the leaves of Zongzi and fill them with glutinous rice. Try to fill the sticky rice into strips.
4. Fold the part of the leaf without rice.
5. Immediately pinch both sides of the leaf with your hands, and then fold the tip of the leaf to one side.
6. Tie the zongzi tightly with a rope.
Triangular zongzi (three corners)
Packaging method:
1. Take a wide zongzi leaf and roll it into a cone.
2. Fill the cone with glutinous rice.
3. Fold down the upper leaves until the opening is completely covered.
4. Fold all the leaves along the edge of the triangle.
5. Tie the zongzi tightly with a rope.
Tapered Zongzi (Horn Zongzi) (Pentagon)
Packaging method:
1. Take a wide zongzi leaf and roll it into a cone.
2. Rotate the cone by hand to make it more slender.
3. Fill the cone with glutinous rice.
4. Fold the end without rice inward on both sides of the leaf.
5. Then fold the rice leaves downwards until the glutinous rice mouth is completely covered, and the extra rice leaves are repeatedly folded on the mouth.
6. Tie the zongzi tightly with a rope.
