1.Red Beans clean.
2. Pressure cooker pot with appropriate amount of water and red beans, set the program to cook, I set 30 minutes.
3. Wait for the pressure to be removed and open.
4. After the red beans cooled a little, add the appropriate amount of water into the cooking machine to break.
5. In a pot, add the broken red beans and more than half of the sugar, stir fry on low heat.
6. Stir-fry until the water play hair almost, and then pour a small half of sugar.
7. Stir-fry until the bean paste becomes dry, then cool and put into a container without water or oil.
Tips
I use a pressure cooker to cook the red beans, so I don't need to soak them in advance, but if it's a regular pot, soak them for a few hours in advance.
You can add oil or not when frying the bean paste, as you like.
