Suzhou has three universities: Suzhou College, Suzhou Vocational and Technical College and Wanbei Health Vocational College.

1, Suzhou University.

Suzhou University is a provincial full-time general undergraduate college in Anhui Province, located in Suzhou, an ancient historical and cultural city. It is the only undergraduate college in the city. In 2004, it was upgraded and renamed Suzhou University, and was awarded the right to study for the first degree in 2008. In 20 14, it successfully passed the qualification assessment of undergraduate teaching by the Ministry of Education, and in 20 15, it was successfully approved as the project construction unit of local applied high-level universities in Anhui Province.

2. Suzhou Vocational and Technical College.

Suzhou Vocational and Technical College is located in Suzhou, an important town in northern Anhui. Suzhou Vocational and Technical College is located in Suzhou High-tech Industrial Zone. Its predecessor was Suxian Agricultural School. It was founded in February 1950, and was rated as a national key technical secondary school in 2000. It was upgraded to a higher vocational college independently in June12000, and was merged into Suzhou Education College in July 2007. At present, it is an agricultural school.

3. Northern Anhui Health Vocational College.

Wanbei Health Vocational College was established with the approval of Anhui Provincial People's Government in 20 13. From 20 14, it began to recruit graduates from previous college entrance examinations and carry out junior college education. Our hospital is an important medical education base in northern Anhui. After more than 60 years of continuous pursuit and progress, it has created a good situation of rapid development of school-running level and scale, and trained more than 30 thousand outstanding graduates.

There are more than 5,000 students in colleges and universities, and the practice hospitals are Bengbu Medical College, Southern Anhui Medical College and Zhongda Affiliated Hospital of Southeast University, which are all over the country.
