The wet buns are delicious.
Wet buns are preserved fruits made by cutting jackfruit into slices and pickling it. Jackfruit dry packages are dried fruit preserves made after dehydration. Compared with wet packages, the moisture content is lower. During the making of wet buns, some honey or syrup is added to keep them moist. In contrast, the flavor of wet buns is softer and fuller than dry buns. The syrup during the pickling process adds sweetness and moistness to the jackfruit slices, making the wet packets softer and sweeter in flavor.
