Ingredients: pineapple
1, glutinous rice, rice, water
Steaming method of original pineapple rice
1, half glutinous rice and half rice, soak in clear water for three or four hours in advance, put in an electric rice cooker, and steam with water as usual.
2. Take a pineapple and cut off some leaves that are too long. Then cut a piece from the side about 1/5 as the cover.
3. Dig out the pineapple pulp and cut it into small pieces at will. After the glutinous rice is steamed, mix it into the rice and stir well. Pour as much as you want. I didn't use it all, some of it was eaten directly.
4. Mix the pineapple pulp and glutinous rice evenly, put it in the pineapple, and cover the "cover" that was originally cut.
5. Boil the water in the steamer, add the pineapple, cover the lid and steam for another 20 minutes.
Tip: Steamed glutinous rice needs less water than normal steamed rice, and the amount of water almost just exceeds that of rice.
