The Teochew cold fruit Lao Xianghuang (also known as Lao Citron, Buddha's Hand Xianghuang) is made from the fruit of bergamot (also known as Five Fingers Citrus, Miro Citrus, or Fushou Citrus) pickled, which is highly favored by Teochew people for its significant medicinal value and is renowned both at home and abroad.
