Be careful not to turn too much, or the fish pieces will easily spread out.

Ingredients: 2 boneless white fish fillets, washed and diced, medium onion 1 root, peeled and shredded, garlic 1 tablespoon, onion 1 root, washed and diced, with proper amount of oil.
Sauce: 3 tbsp water, 3 tbsp tomato juice, 0/tbsp O juice, 0/tbsp sugar, 2 tsps white vinegar and 4 tsps salt.
Exercise 1. Dry the fillets, marinate them with pepper and a little salt for 10 minutes, and wrap them with cornflour before frying.
2. Heat the oil quickly (a little more oil), fry the fish slices on both sides, add water 1 tbsp, and stew until fully cooked.
3. Oil the pan quickly, saute the garlic, add the onion, stir-fry with a little salt until soft, add the sauce, and when the sauce is boiled, add the fish fillets and stir well, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
