Ingredients: stinky tofu 300g/ box.

Seasoning: onion 10g ginger 10g garlic 10g butter 10g salt and pepper 3g sugar 1g chicken essence 2g.

Cooking steps:

(1) Stinky tofu is fried in 50% oil pan 1.5 minutes or so;

(2) When the oil temperature rises to about 70% of the oil temperature, add stinky tofu, fry it again, and take it out after 30 seconds;

(3) Wash the pan, add butter to melt, add onion, ginger and garlic to saute, pour stinky tofu, quickly add salt, pepper, sugar, chicken essence and pepper, quickly turn over and take out the pan.

Tip: the first frying is low oil temperature, stinky tofu is cooked, and the second frying is high oil temperature, which is not crisp. Stinky tofu should be fried quickly, it will soften if it takes too long.
