I recently went to South France to study advanced clinical aromatherapy with world-renowned clinical aromatherapy experts. The participants came from the Netherlands, France, Britain, Turkey, the United States and Hong Kong, all of whom were professional practitioners. Interestingly, I observed that in France and Britain, essential oils and herbal products are often sold in pharmacies as general products, while in the United States, they are often sold in organic channels. At present, essential oils and herbal products are not widely sold in Asian pharmacies, and this part is still developing less rapidly than in Europe and America.

In the process, I learn to calculate the density of essential oil, change different ml into mg, and make oral, * * * and * * * capsules. This process is very precise and rigorous, and the dosage and days, liver and kidney metabolism, etc. should be calculated in the formula. Here I sort out the myths of many readers about the use of essential oils in recent years:
1. Prohibit essential oil during cancer? A: Some scholars once suggested that frankincense oil should not be used one week before cancer treatment and four weeks after cancer treatment, and five weeks after cancer treatment. When I was studying in France, I asked Rhiannon Lewis, who has been a cancer clinical nurse practitioner for many years and is now the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Clinical Aromatherapy. She said that from clinical experience, most essential oils are helpful for improving immunity during cancer treatment. Some studies also show that various essential oils such as spearmint, frankincense, borneol, thyme and geranium can help improve immunity.
According to my research on herbs and essential oils, boswellic acid, an anticancer component in frankincense oil, is in frankincense powder, which can only be extracted by infused oils or herbal essence (please refer to the learning method in the Herbal Healing Magic Book). That is to say, the essential oil has no anticancer component. At present, the most researched anticancer essential oils are turmeric, garlic, hemp and citrus, but many effective components of turmeric essential oil can only be extracted by CO2. CO2 is a new low-temperature extraction, which is traditional.
2. Does grapefruit essential oil interfere with drug metabolism? A: Actually, it is grapefruit juice that interferes with drug metabolism. Grapefruit essential oil does not interfere with P450, a drug metabolism enzyme.
3. Patients with hypertension can't use rosemary essential oil? A: I have asked many world-class experts this question. Since rosemary essential oil is good for brain cognition and memory, in the past, one or two journals and many books said that rosemary is a taboo for hypertension. How to use it? Results Clinically, it was found that rosemary promoted brain circulation, and blood pressure only slightly increased temporarily, which did not cause medication problems for patients. At the same time, if it was used with lavender and citrus, there were no such complications at all.
4. Breast cancer patients can't use happy sage essential oil? A: According to the research of herbs, although some herbs and foods such as soybean, hops, black cohosh and clover can regulate the sexual female hormones, and roses, sage and geranium in essential oils can also balance women's menstrual period, it is found that these plant hormones will protect female hormone receptors and prevent environmental hormones from combining with female hormones in the body. Even the study found that safflower alfalfa was used for breast cancer and had hot flashes in menopausal women, but it was not found that breast thickening caused breast cancer attacks.
Although Salvia officinalis contains plant hormone "scareol", its structure is very similar to estradiol Estradiol, but at present, many studies still can't prove that Salvia officinalis can increase hormone-related cancer, and some studies have also found that taking more plant hormones can increase the apoptosis of breast cancer. There are also studies that taking a lot of phytohormones can reverse the BRCA 1 gene defect.
5. Essential oils are perfumed all day, which is helpful for air sterilization and refreshing? A: According to a survey of SPA staff, after using bergamot essential oil for more than 30 minutes, it can't get the soothing and calming effect. Some people begin to experience a rapid heartbeat and an increase in blood pressure, especially in Yuga when the incense lasts for more than 60 minutes. It is suggested that it is advisable to smoke oil for half an hour, not more than one hour, and open the window to ventilate the air, because some essential oils are easy to oxidize, such as citrus, mint and pine, etc. It is best to add new essential oils every few hours before starting. The purity of fragrance essential oils in department stores is not high, and there are many mixed situations, and their incense methods will cause secondary indoor pollution. It is suggested to use a sniffing stick, sniffing 20 times each time, and sealing it at any time to reduce oxidation and volatilization.
6. Is it more effective to take essential oil orally? A: Generally, MLM encourages long-term oral administration, and the quality of its essential oil is unknown, which is very dangerous. There have been cases of renal failure and cramps caused by MLM products abroad.
Generally speaking, if the symptoms last for one year, it must be used for one month, and if it is three years, it must be used for at least three months. In addition to incense, * * *, sniffing and bathing, it must be accompanied by herbal therapy; Oral administration and suppository are only carried out by aromatherapists who have received professional clinical aromatherapy training and doctors who know aromatherapy, and the days of use at the same time are usually only three days or one week to ten days.
