How to make Tianmu Mountain Bamboo Shoots and Pork Ribs Soup?
p>Cut the ribs into pieces, wash them, boil the water, add a few slices of ginger, and add the ribs at the same time. When the water boils again, take out the ribs, wash them, and put them in a casserole.
Cut the Tianmu Mountain bamboo shoots into appropriate lengths, soak them in cold water for about 1 hour, and set aside.
Add enough water to the casserole to cover the ribs, and add a few drops of vinegar. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
Add thick soup and soaked Tianmu Mountain bamboo shoots and simmer for about half an hour.
Add the five-spice tofu skin, bring to a boil, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.
Tips
Tianmushan bamboo shoots themselves are salty, so there is no need to add salt to this soup. If you think it is too bland, you can add a little bit!
