Add kelp, tangerine peel and rock sugar to mung bean syrup.
Preparation method:
1. Soak the kelp in water, then slice it;
2. Soak the mung beans and wash them;
3. Soak the tangerine peel in the water;
4. Put the ingredients into the pot together. Use high heat at the beginning, then reduce the heat to low after the water boils;
5 , after half an hour, turn the heat to the lowest setting, keep the water boiling, and pick up the floating mung bean skins;
6. After another half an hour, take it out of the pot, add rock sugar and serve.
