Wan Chai Dock is not a terrier. Wanchai Ferry is a frozen food brand that belongs to General Mills Foods. The founder, Ms. Zang Jianhe, started out selling dumplings from a stall by the Wan Chai Pier in Hong Kong.
Wan Chai Wharf Dumplings has captured 10% of the fresh dumpling market in Hong Kong, 30% of the frozen dumpling market, half of the frozen food market in South China, and more than 20% of the market share in Beijing.

History
1. Zang Kin Wo, who came to Hong Kong from Qingdao shortly after in 1977, encountered an injury on the job, and was worried about his livelihood. When she was worried about her livelihood, she bought a wooden cart and dumpling materials for HK$500 and started a dumpling hawker business at Wan Chai Ferry Pier on Hong Kong Island. Her dumplings were then improved to suit the tastes of Hong Kong people, and gradually gained popularity, and her business got bigger and bigger, which is why Ms. Zang called her brand "Wan Chai Ferry Pier".
2. In 1985, Wan Chai Wharf started to set up a factory for mass production.
3. In 1996, Tesco, the largest frozen food producer in the United States, bought 70 percent of the shares of Wan Chai Wharf and injected 60 million U.S. dollars to set up a factory in mainland China, expanding its market to major cities in mainland China, such as Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.
4. In the 2000s, Wan Chai Ferry began to add new flavors of dumplings, and also produced other frozen snacks, such as siu mai and pearl chicken.
