Beer duck recipe
1.? Wash four duck legs.
2. Cut into small pieces, drain and set aside.
3. Heat the wok, pour in a little cooking oil, add ginger slices, green onion segments, garlic cloves, star anise, and dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Pour in the duck pieces and stir-fry over high heat.
5. Stir-fry the duck meat pieces until the duck skin shrinks and turns white, then turn to medium-low heat and stir-fry slowly until the duck fat is fried.
6. Pour in a little dark soy sauce for color, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce to enhance the flavor, add a little sugar and salt and stir-fry evenly.
7. Pour in a can of beer until it covers the duck meat by about 1 centimeters.
8. Cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes.
