Shelf life of cooked noodles
Generally speaking, the higher the ambient temperature, the faster the growth and reproduction of bacteria. Therefore, the cooked noodles can only be stored for about 4-6 hours if they are stored at room temperature. However, if it is stored for too long, noodles will also agglomerate, so it is recommended to eat it as soon as possible.
If stored in the refrigerator, cooked noodles can be stored for about a day after sealing, because low temperature can inhibit the activities of most enzymes and microorganisms.
How to eat noodles the next day if they are cooked too much?
After eating the remaining noodles at night, you can drain the noodles with cold water, add a little cooking oil, stir well, put them in a fresh-keeping box and store them in the refrigerator. The next day, cut some vegetables such as shredded cucumber and kohlrabi and fry them.
