1. Ingredients: 250 grams of beef filling, 1/4 onion, 1 carrot, 1 egg, 100 grams of bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine (30ml), 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce (30ml), 2 oyster sauce tablespoon (30ml) salt 1 teaspoon (5g) black pepper 1/4 teaspoon (about 1g) chicken essence 1 teaspoon (5g) sesame oil 1 tablespoon (15ml).
2. Pour the meat filling into a container, add eggs, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, black pepper, chicken essence and sesame oil, and stir evenly.
3. Add the shredded carrots and chopped onions, pour in the bread crumbs, and mix these three things with the meat filling evenly with your hands. Use your hands to shape the filling into a patty about 8 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick.
4. Pour oil into the pan, heat it to 70% heat, put the meatloaf into the pan, change to medium heat, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
