Hold the egg fried dumplings
Ingredients: Mom's dumplings, eggs, scallions;
Practice:
1. Eggs beaten, add salt, thirteen spices and mix well;
2. Pan pour oil, oil hot dumplings, frying for about two minutes on a low flame, and then poured into the half a bowl of hot water (the water did not pass the dumplings two-thirds), covered with a lid on the pan on medium-low heat simmering
3. When the water in the pan burns out, pour in the egg mixture evenly from the side of the pan, and then cover and simmer for 2 minutes, wait for the egg mixture to solidify and cook and sprinkle with chopped green onion to get out of the pan.
