Preparation:

Prepare the main ingredients needed, white sesame seeds are cooked, glutinous rice flour is sifted and weighed, brown sugar is not limited to any brand.

Pour the prepared hot water slowly into the glutinous rice flour and stir with chopsticks until no liquid is visible.

Knead again with your hands and knead well. The kneaded dough is smooth and non-sticky. If the kneaded out sticky hands, or easy to crumble, kneaded not into a ball, it means that you have added more or less water, you need to adjust the amount of water.
