1. Cut the tofu into rectangles, blanch it in a boiling pot and put it on a plate;
2. Wash and chop cabbage (mustard) for later use;
3. Chop pork, onion and ginger for later use;
4. Put the pot into medium fire, add vegetable oil, stir-fry the dried red pepper, and add minced pork, chopped green onion, Jiang Mo, minced Chinese cabbage and green beans.
5. Add soy sauce, pepper, monosodium glutamate and refined salt into the pot, stir well, thicken with wet starch and pour sesame oil;
