What are black dates
Black dates, also known as dates or Persian dates. Black dates are produced in northern Africa and western Asia, and are one of the important fruit trees in Iraq. This product is the finished product after artificial drying, and can be stored for a long time. It can be eaten directly, as the sugar juice leached from Iraqi dates is condensed to make it sticky, very sweet and delicious. It can also be boiled, and the boiled honey dates are sweet and doughy. The nutrition of Iraqi black dates is rich in iron, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin A, B, B2, C, tobacco acid, carbohydrates, protein, fat, calories, fiber and copper. Sugar content up to 55% to 70%, mainly glucose, fructose and sucrose; protein content of 3%, and contains a variety of amino acids, in addition to fat, vitamins, inorganic salts, etc.
