Ingredients
1 piece of dried cod, 2 tbsp salad oil, A. 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate (MSG), 1 tsp rice wine, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, and B. 3.5 tbsp groundnut flour
Methods
1. Take a container of the seasoning A and mix it with a mixture of seasoning A. Spread it evenly over the cod fillets and leave it to marinade for about 5 minutes.

2. Dust the surface of the cod fillets with a thin layer of groundnut flour and set aside.
3. Heat a wok, pour in the salad oil, and when the oil is hot, place the cod fillets from Method 2 into the pan and fry over low heat for about 3 minutes, then turn and fry for about 3 minutes more until both sides are golden brown.
