1. Prepare ingredients. 1 small root of white radish, appropriate amount of green onion, ginger and garlic.
2. Peel the white radish and cut into hob cubes, mince the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.
3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up, then add the minced onion, ginger and garlic into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Put the white radish cubes into the pot and stir-fry evenly.
5. Add 3 tablespoons of abalone juice, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sugar into the pot, then stir-fry evenly.
6. Put 1 bowl of water into the pot.

8. When the soup is almost dry, cover the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes. This will make it easier to absorb the flavor and the radish will taste better.
