Typical lesions are round or polygonal hard and shiny flat papules, most of which are rice grains to sorghum rice size, red to yellowish brown or the same color as skin, densely packed into pieces, with a small amount of scales on the surface, accompanied by scratches and blood scabs. Skin lesions are most obvious in the center, and the closer to the edge, the lighter the boundary and the unclear boundary. After a period of time, the skin infiltrates and thickens due to scratching, and ridges and grooves are obvious. People who grow on their calves may have warts on their surfaces after a period of time. Continuous scratching gaskin or upper back can make starch deposit in dermis, and then develop into plaque and amyloidosis respectively. Long-term scratching can cause infections, such as folliculitis and furuncle.
