How to identify artificial eggs?
1. First, you can look after the eggs under strong light and observe whether there are pores on the eggshell. Some are true, some are false. If you can't see it from the appearance, you can open an egg and see if there is a film on the inner shell of the egg. If there are no real eggs, they are artificial eggs. 2. The shell of the fake egg is bright (but not obvious), and the real egg is dark. After the fake egg is cooked and shelled, it looks rough and the real egg is smooth. Have a taste, fake egg has a chemical smell, and real eggs have a faint smell. 3. There are also "artificial eggs" with perforation marks at both ends of the eggshell. When shaking, the "artificial egg" will make a noise, because water overflows from the coagulant. 5. Soon after the "artificial egg" is opened, the egg yolk and egg white will blend together, because the egg yolk and egg white are made of homogeneous raw materials; 6. When you fry fake eggs, you will find that the yolk will naturally disperse without stirring. This is because the film wrapped with artificial egg yolk is cracked by heat. 7. Tap lightly, the sound of real eggs is crisp, and the sound of fake eggs is dull.
