Steps
1. This is dried square bamboo shoots.
2. Soak 100g of dried square bamboo shoots in warm or hot water for 2 to 3 days, changing the water once a day. I was too much trouble, so I soaked 250 grams at a time.
3. Put the soaked bamboo shoots into a pot and boil them for 2 hours, or 1 hour if it's a pressure cooker.
4. Cooked bamboo shoots fished out and drained.
5. Take the amount for one meal and tear it into small strips by hand. Put the rest in a plastic bag and keep it in the refrigerator for the next time you want to eat it.
6. Slice the ginger and garlic.
7. Wash the meat and cut into small pieces and put cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch and mix well to marinate for a while.
8. In the pot put the right amount of oil, under the ginger and garlic burst incense.
9. Pour the pork into the pan and stir-fry until browned.
10. Pour in the dried square bamboo shoots and stir fry.
11. Add water, submerge the meat and dried bamboo shoots, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, add dried chili peppers and a little rock sugar.
12. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat and simmer for about 45 minutes.
13. Simmer until the soup is thick, add the appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate seasoning can be.
14. Dried bamboo shoots are even better than pork.
