Boiler operating procedure
Normal furnace use steps:

1, the fireman must hold relevant certificates, be familiar with the structure, performance and technical parameters of the boiler and operate in strict accordance with the design requirements of the boiler.

2. Before stopping the boiler, check that the fan, water supply equipment, pipes and valves, pressure valves, pressure gauges, water level gauges and other accessories are in good technical condition, check whether the boiler is normal, open the flue and windshield, and conduct ventilation.

3. Inject clean soft water into the boiler, turn on the circulating water pump, close the water supply valve when the liquid level rises to the lowest water level, observe whether the water level rises or falls, and check whether there is any leakage in the furnace and various parts.

4. You are ready to make a fire. (It is forbidden to use oil as fire for coal-fired boilers, and it is forbidden to add coal and stir fire from burners. )

5, grate should be complete, smooth operation, all transmission device lubrication, no abnormal situation.

6, adhere to the regular sewage. (Sewage discharge shall not exceed 5% of Sheung Shui)

7, once found that the boiler water shortage, should immediately pressure fire, water injection is prohibited.

8. When the boiler is not used, the water in the pump and boiler should be drained after the temperature of the furnace drops.

9, completely cooled, then clean up the surrounding, and regular inspection and maintenance.

Extended data:

Boiler is a kind of energy conversion equipment. The energy input to the boiler exists in the form of chemical energy in fuel, electric energy and heat energy of high temperature flue gas. After the boiler is converted, steam, high-temperature water or organic heat carrier with certain heat energy is output. Mostly used in thermal power plants, ships, locomotives and industrial and mining enterprises.

The main working principle of the boiler is a kind of thermal equipment that uses the heat energy released after fuel combustion or the waste heat in industrial production to transfer to the water in the container to make the water reach the required temperature or generate steam under a certain pressure. The boiler operates in both "pot" and "furnace". After the water enters the boiler, the heat absorbed by the heating surface of the boiler will be transferred to the water in the steam-water system, so that the water can be heated into hot water or steam at a certain temperature and pressure, and then exported for supply. In the part of combustion equipment, fuel combustion continuously releases heat, and the high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion transfers heat to the heating surface of the boiler through the diffusion of heat, and its temperature gradually decreases, and finally it is discharged from the chimney.
