Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Peel the tomatoes. (In fact, it is best not to peel it. Since it is for children to eat, I peeled it) and cut into small pieces.
3. Beat the eggs with a little salt.
4. After heating the pot, pour in cold oil. Pour in the beaten eggs.
5. Turn over after one side has solidified. Use a spatula to break into chunks of suitable size. Serve out and set aside.
6. Put a little oil in the pot and pour the chopped tomatoes.
7. When the tomatoes come out of water and become soft, pour in the eggs.
8. After stir-frying evenly, add a spoonful of sugar and a little light soy sauce. Taste and add a little more salt.
9. If you are eating it with rice, you can add a little bit of hot water. Stir until the soup is evenly thickened, then serve.
Tips
1. If your taste is too strong, don’t add sugar.
2. If you don’t like the soup to be too juicy, just go to step 8.
