A piece of Basha fish (you can also buy Basha fish directly), minced onion and garlic, millet pepper, Chili noodles, sesame seeds, a lemon (green lemon and yellow lemon are ok), onion or coriander.
working methods
1. Slice Basha fish, add onion and ginger cooking wine and cook until it changes color. Take it out for later use.
2. Add minced onion and garlic, millet pepper rings, Chili noodles, white sesame seeds and hot oil into the bowl, and then let it stand for about 3 minutes to better precipitate red oil. Then add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of vinegar, salt, sugar and chicken essence.
3. Season a lemon slice (you can add salt at the end to avoid putting it too salty).
4. Pour the prepared sauce into the fish fillet, add some onions or coriander and mix well, and you can eat it ~ or just mix the sauce and it's ok ~
