Steamed Abalone Vermicelli with Garlic

Garlic 1 head
Vermicelli 1 handful
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tsp

First step
Prepare the Ingredients. Take out the abalone with a knife, cut off the internal organs, add salt, cooking wine and white vinegar to the shell and meat, soak and rinse with a brush. Meat cut into cross knife, easy to taste.
Step 2
Slice the vermicelli into small pieces after soaking in warm water, cut garlic, millet chili, green pepper into pieces and set aside.
Step 3
Sauté half of the minced garlic in oil until golden brown. Put a little vermicelli in the abalone shell and lay the abalone meat on top, put the extra vermicelli in the center and arrange. Pour in the sauce and steam for five minutes.
The sauce: mix half of the minced garlic and the other half of the raw garlic with soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
Before serving, sprinkle the chopped green peppers and chili peppers onto the plate.
Tips
When cleaning abalone, put white vinegar, cooking wine, salt, can sterilize and easy to brush clean.
