One: Steamed ribs with taro.
Ingredients: ribs, taro, onion, ginger, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and star anise.
Practice:
1, blanch the spareribs in a pot until they are half cooked, take them out for later use, ignite in a pot, pour in oil, add white sugar and stir-fry until the color changes, then add the spareribs, add soy sauce, cooking wine, onion and star anise and stir-fry for a while;
2. Add a proper amount of water to the ribs, add salt, chicken essence and taro, stew for 5- 10 minutes, and pour sesame oil before taking out.
Two: Braised taro
Ingredients: taro, chopped green onion, soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and sugar.
Practice:
1, wash the taro and cook it in a pot for 20 minutes.
2. Remove cold water, peel and cut into pieces.
