Personally, I don't think it's good to barbecue with red willow strips. From the perspective of environmental protection, red willow is a natural barrier to wind and sand fixation. The five-year, 100-year-old, limited-area willow can't stand our artificial, increasing and long-term consumption. After barbecuing without willow sticks, bamboo sticks or iron sticks can be used instead, which will not affect the quality of barbecuing.
