Unpack. Take a wok and a lid. If not, use a metal basin about the same size as the mouth of the pot instead. Wash the pot, heat it up, and add a little oil, probably no more than a tablespoon. Turn on low heat, add corn kernels, cover the pot, leaving a gap, insert a frying spoon and stir-fry constantly. The purpose of covering the pot is to prevent the corn from popping. Be sure to turn the heat to low. When you hear the sound in the pot getting smaller and the spoon in your hand feels lighter, you can open the pot lid and take a look to see if the corn expands evenly.
If you don’t have packaged corn, you can also go to the grain store to buy some corn kernels and fry them in the same way. You just need to add some sugar. You can also add a little cream or chocolate when it is about to come out of the pot.
