Most of the causes of eversion in clinic are flat feet. In normal people, there are also some patients with flat feet. Most flatfeet don't need special treatment. People's feet have a normal arch, which assists a certain height. When the arch height decreases, we call it flat feet. If it is bony flat feet, most of them need surgical correction.
