Boil the water, add walnuts for one minute, and remove bitterness.
Take out the walnut kernel and set aside to drain. Pour the water out of the pot and dry it, leaving no water stains.
Add salt and pepper to the dry pan and stir-fry until you smell the smell of pepper. This step is called dry pot, and some people call it dry lai, which is a practice of not adding oil or water.
Note: you can't give a specific amount according to your own taste. I used that porcelain spoon to add a spoonful and a half of pepper. Too much makes me numb and bitter. Add two spoons of salt to the small spoon of the seasoning pot.
Pour in the walnut kernel, continue to stir-fry with low heat, stir-fry the steam in the walnut kernel, and the fragrance of the walnut will be slowly brought out. Finally, the walnuts are fried to crisp. PS: How to judge the crispness of cooking? I usually smell it. When it is very obvious, it is basically crisp. If it's not good, you can try a piece, hahaha!
