Noodle Bumps:
Mix and knead all the ingredients to form a dough.
Boil a pot of boiling water, use kitchen shears to cut the kneaded dough into small fish shapes, add it to the pot, and lift the lumps when they float to the surface.
Rinse with cold water to cool the dough quickly, drain and set aside.
Seafood processing:
Boil the clams and razor clams in boiling water, shellfish open the lid, fish out, pick out the razor clam meat impurities, wash. Spare.
Basic shrimp washed, cut off the shrimp whiskers.
Wash hairy crabs, cut them in half, stick a thin layer of flour on the incision and set aside.
