Sushi is one of the traditional Japanese cuisines. The main ingredient is rice that has been seasoned with sushi vinegar and maintained at body temperature, plus fish, seafood, vegetables or eggs as toppings, and its flavor is delicious and very popular among the Japanese people.
Sushi was written down in the Heian period code, "Yanki Style," which was completed in 1927 AD. At that time, sushi referred to a way of preserving fish. Salt was rubbed on the fish and pressed firmly with a heavy object to allow it to ferment naturally. When it develops a sour flavor, it is wrapped in crystal rice and eaten (crystal rice is cooked and cooled and then crushed repeatedly). According to "The Chronicles of the Eastern Barbarians" and "The Chronicles of the Japanese Kingdom," the Japanese eat sea food, i.e., sashimi, which is then wrapped in rice to form a kind of instant food.

Te-maki (手卷
(te-maki手巻き), sushi rolled up into a cone shape (similar to an ice cream cone), "te-maki" is actually a type of "maki-sushi," which is a type of sushi rolled up in the 18th century by Japanese gamblers who spent their days in casinos (Tekkaba). In the 18th century, Japanese gamblers spent their days at the Tekkaba casinos, and when they got excited about gambling and were afraid of starving to death, they put tuna (tuna) meat into rice and rolled it up with seaweed. It was popular among gamblers because it allowed them to take a big bite and prevented the rice particles from sticking to their poker and fingers, thus killing two birds with one stone. This food was named tekamaki because of the casinos, and it gradually evolved into hand rolls that are made on the spot, so they are usually eaten with the hands.
