You have to pull more than 80%. As long as vegetables, fruits and agricultural products that meet the requirements are legally loaded, you can enjoy the discount of toll-free when the green passage of the expressway passes through the gate.
According to the Emergency Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Further Improving the Green Passage Policy of Fresh Agricultural Products Transportation, all toll roads (including free independent bridges and tunnels) in China are all included in the green passage network of fresh agricultural products transportation, and vehicles legally loaded with fresh agricultural products are exempted from vehicle tolls.
Freeways are free and must meet the following conditions:
1: Vegetables must be fresh, seasonal and perishable. Generally, it is the root of vegetables, and there is no pesticide residue, melons and potatoes, except those that can be stored!
2. Freeway toll stations are free if they are equipped with green channels, and they are charged the same if they are not equipped with green channels. I don't know what proportion of expressway toll stations are equipped with green passages.
3. It must not be overloaded, and it cannot be passed for free.
Although they all meet the requirements, the toll collectors have various reasons. The definitions of green vegetables vary greatly among provinces in China. Many highway toll stations in various provinces do not meet such requirements. Even if green lanes are set up, many trucks that meet the requirements will still charge for no reason.
5. An immunization certificate must be issued.
6. It must be more than half of the nuclear load. For example, the nuclear load of your truck is 20 tons, which must be greater than 10 tons, otherwise it will not be free.
Vehicles enjoying the "green passage" policy should be loaded with fresh agricultural products, accounting for more than 80% of the approved load quality or compartment volume of the vehicle, and there is no such behavior as mixing non-fresh agricultural products. Transport vehicles that fail to meet the above loading standards or are mixed with other goods do not enjoy the "green passage" policy.
Increase the variety of fresh agricultural products, include potatoes (potatoes), sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes, yams, taro), fresh corn and flowers in the catalogue of fresh agricultural products enjoying the preferential policies of green channel, and implement relevant policies such as exempting vehicle tolls.
