Tools/ingredients: wonton skin, 300g pork stuffing, 1 onion, 1 ginger, coriander, laver, shrimp skin, 1 egg.
1. Prepare ingredients, including wonton skin and meat stuffing.
2. Add a proper amount of sesame oil to the pork stuffing and beat it in one direction until it is thick. Then add Jiang Mo, chopped green onion, 1 teaspoon salt, half teaspoon chicken essence, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon oyster sauce and mix well. The stuffing is ready.
3. Put the right amount of oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, pour the egg liquid into the pot and spread it into a thin egg roll for later use.
4. Cut the omelet into strips and cut the parsley into sections for later use.
5. Start making wonton. Take a wonton skin, put a proper amount of meat in the middle, fold the wonton skin in half, and then fold one side of the wonton in the middle, as shown in the figure. A wonton will be wrapped.
