How to fry matsutake
1. Thaw the frozen matsutake in a container, and rinse the thawed matsutake with running water to remove impurities
2. After thawing Cut the matsutake into thick slices
3. Put the butter in the pan (ghee is not available, use butter instead); place the matsutake slices in the pan until one side becomes darker and browner, turn over and fry On the other side; after both sides are cooked, sprinkle some salt on it
Cooking Tips
1. Matsutake mushrooms with unopened top umbrellas are of better quality. If they have been opened, It means that it has no nutritional value;
2. The matsutake slices should be cut slightly thicker so that they can be fried to have a caramelized appearance and soft and tender texture inside;
3. After thawing Matsutake will be slightly sour, which is normal.
