Red seal is a sign of good crab quality, and Su Xiege adheres to the master standard and only makes top-grade crabs. Master standards will run through the three links of seedling raising, crab raising and crab picking, and the quality of hairy crabs will be controlled with an almost strict attitude. Ten new standards for good crabs are introduced: "beautiful, healthy, solid, heavy, fat, red, big, new, fresh and sweet".

At present, Su Xiege has formally established the "Su Xiege Hairy Crab Industry Development Research Institute", which is the first professional hairy crab industry research institute in China, and is committed to bringing more plump and high-quality hairy crabs to consumers and improving the crab experience on the tip of the tongue.
