1, look at the color
Fresh ribs are bright red, preferably pink, and the fat is light pink. These ribs are fresh and high quality, so you can buy them with confidence. And some ribs with dark colors or very white and dull may be frozen ribs, or stored for a long time, which greatly reduces the freshness. Purchase is not recommended.
Step 2 touch your hand
Judging the quality of ribs by hand feel, fresh ribs feel smooth and dry, or slightly wet but not sticky. When the meat is pressed by the hand, it will rebound quickly. If the ribs are not only wet, but also stick to your hands, it may be stored for a long time or watered. Don't buy such ribs.
