1. Clean the beef bought from the market, remove the tendons and cut it into small squares and put it in a bowl. Cut the white radish and set aside.
2. Cut the white radish into small cubes larger than the beef, add a small amount of salt and marinate for flavor.
3. Add a small amount of water to the pot and prepare the ginger slices. Pour the cooking wine into the pot. After boiling the water, add the cut beef.
4 Boil the beef in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, remove from the pot with cold water, and repeat this process 2-3 times. (The taste of beef is relatively strong. This is done to remove the smell of beef itself)
5. Dry the beef pieces after washing with water. Add peanut oil, salt and ginger slices to the pot. After the garlic is fragrant, add the beef cubes and continue to stir-fry until fragrant. Add light soy sauce, sugar, and green onions again and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.
6. Add the sauteed beef to the pressure cooker, add the previously pickled white radish, add an appropriate amount of water, and cook over high heat for 40 minutes with a few slices of dried hawthorn.
7. After the air pressure in the pressure cooker disappears, open the lid and sprinkle in an appropriate amount of chopped green onion. This delicious and simple beef stew with white radish is completed!
