Brief introduction of cheese
Cheese, also known as cheese, is similar in nature to yogurt, but its concentration will be higher than yogurt. Generally speaking, a catty of cheese products needs ten catties of milk to be concentrated, so cheese is rich in nutrients, including protein, calcium, fat, phosphorus and vitamins.
