Production process:
1. Cut ginger and garlic into 2 cm square diamond blocks;
2. Cut the onion into horse ears;
3. Remove the stems and tendons from the peas and wash them;
4. Put the wok on the fire, heat the oil to four oil temperatures, add ginger, onion and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant;
5. Add peas, cook the ingredients, stir well until cooked, and serve from the pot.
