Second, the dosage of Ejiao is 3-9g each time, that is, not more than 1/3 tablet. It is generally required to take it before meals, that is, on an empty stomach, which is beneficial to absorption. If the spleen and stomach (digestion) are not very good, you can take it after meals to reduce the burden on the stomach and intestines.
Third, there are many ways to take Ejiao. You can choose one or two. One is the traditional taking method in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces: raw materials: donkey-hide gelatin 250g, yellow wine 250g, crystal sugar 200g, black sesame seed and walnut kernel 250g each.
Practice: Take 250g Ejiao and mash it. Put it into a soup basin or porcelain bowl with a lid, and add 250g of yellow wine to soak it for 1-2 days until it is soft. Take 200g of rock sugar, add 250ml of water to rock sugar water, pour it into soft gelatin, and cover it.
